The General Manager and the Property Manager for the Campbell Mithun Tower are responsible for administering all property-related functions including, but not limited to, the physical and financial planning, as well as operation and maintenance of the property. Their overall responsibilities include effective management of the daily property operations including building inspections, services, construction, janitorial, security, personnel, engineering, office administration, accounting, fire/life safety, and tenant relations.

The Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq Management office is located in the atrium level in Suite 140. Management office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

24/7 Security Services

Security services are provided by G4S Secure Solutions. Staff is on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year patrolling the building and parking garage. Our security staff also manages access card requests and are available to help you in the event that the management office is closed.

Janitorial Services

The Campbell Mithun Tower has janitorial services provided by Paramount Building Solutions. Our cleaning staff are on site daily Monday-Friday and provide several services to building common areas as well as tenant suites. Special services are available by request at additional cost.

Engineering and Maintenance Services

Engineering and maintenance personnel are staffed Monday-Friday to ensure that your suite is comfortable. HVAC is closely monitored and on-site staff are ready to assist with regular maintenance needs. Handyman service is available by request for an additional fee.

Recycling Program

The Campbell Mithun Tower takes great strides to minimize the amount of non-recyclable materials that are disposed of. We have a complete recycling plan in place that allows for the proper disposal of many waste products including office paper, magazines, newspaper and regular commingled recyclables (aluminum, glass, and plastic beverage containers) as well as batteries. We offer electronics and printer cartridge recycling to our tenants at an additional charge.

Kingsley Reports

The Campbell Mithun Tower prides itself on the satisfaction of our tenants. To ensure that we are providing the highest level of service, we perform annual tenant satisfaction surveys through Kingsley Associates.

BSSonline Emergency Safety Training

All tenants and their employees at Campbell Mithun Tower have access to an online emergency safety training presentation that provides training on the building’s emergency procedures.
